FABRICATED BASKET STRAINERS


Fabricated Simplex Basket Strainers are recommended for use under moderate pressure and temperature conditions. With clean baskets, they offer excellent protection to pumps, valves, traps and other mechanical equipment.

These strainers are used to remove foreign matter from pipe lines and provide inexpensive protection to pumps, meters, valves, etc. In appropriate material, - can be specified for drinking water, cooling water, sea water, etc.

SELF CLEANING BASKET STRAINERS

We are providing fully automated self-cleaning basket strainer to minimize the operational workforce required.

PUSH-CLEAN STRAINER AND CENTRIFUGAL CYCLONE STRAINER

Our Push-Clean Strainer is a patent pending, hand-operated strainer. This unique design employs a scraper blade to facilitate debris removal through a blow-off valve on the bottom of the unit. Y Strainer

The Centrifugal Cyclone Strainer is a motor-operated fabricated strainer. The patent pending design cleans the basket through the use of centrifugal force as the basket rotates causing the debris to detach.

The Push-Clean and Centrifugal Strainers are recommended when the pipeline service is hot or toxic, when spills from the strainer need to be prevented, or when basket removal is inconvenient or impractical. These strainers provide a safe and convenient alternative to typical basket strainer cleaning. The units have an extended service life because operational wear is slight and operation and maintenance on them is simple with no parts to lose, no gaskets to break, and no baskets to remove or clean.
